  : The location was great, staff were friendly and helpful, aircon & wifi worked well and the shower was hot with good water pressure. We were on the 4th floor but found the stairs were manageable, with two toddlers it would have been helpful to have a handrail on the stairs so they had something to hold on to when going down. The kitchen on the top floor came in handy but the pots and pans were old and had broken handles and there wasn't much cutlery or utensils. We needed to use a lighter to light the hob and the ones we bought and left in the kitchen were taken by other guests which wasn't ideal. The room was clean but a bit rough around the edges, the top bunk in our room wasn't useable as the sides barely came up above the mattress so we couldn't let our child sleep up there. Luckily there was a trundle bed underneath which we pulled out but when using it we had no floor space in the room. The ladder for the bunk bed also had lots of sharp edges and didn't look very sturdy or safe. Overall we were happy with the stay as the cost was great value considering the location.
  : We found that when going downstairs we would come across the cleaning lady cleaning rooms and she would often put the dirty sheets, the mop bucket and cleaning supplies on the stairs while cleaning (the hallways are narrow so there wasn't much space) this made it tricky when coming down the stairs. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear conversations being had in the rooms next door, this wasn't a huge issue but on a few occasions we were disturbed at night by other guests coming in late. We also found that a lot of guests were smoking in their rooms (we stayed for almost 3 weeks so saw a lot of guests come and go).As we were on the 4th floor we were directly below the roof terrace, any time anyone was up there we could hear the tables and chairs being moved about, a quick fix would be to put felt pads on the bottom of the chair and table legs to reduce the sound.The sheets on the beds were hit and miss, some looked new and others looked really worn and old. The mattress protectors were very stained, next time I'll take my own with me.The lock on our room was very tricky to use, it took many attempts to lock and unlock the door. When talking to other guests and the cleaning lady we found out that all the locks were like that. I didn't feel comfortable locking the door from inside incase I couldn't unlock it in an emergency, luckily we'd bought a cheap hotel security lock device from amazon which we used instead.

  : Redamancy hotel situated at a superb location, close to many main attractions. Supermarkets are few minutes walking distance away, very convenient. If you are looking for a place to crash with great location, Redamancy hotel definitely fit the purpose. The owner, Ali, he is super helpful, providing us with lots of information on how to get around Istanbul, so is Turon, the receptionist on the evening shift. They have most certainly make our visit to Istanbul more interesting.
  : We were there for 6 nights, if anything, I would say more frequent cleaning, change of towels and replenishment of toiletry.

  : The room and bathroom facilities were clean. There was regular room service. Ali, the receptionist, was friendly and helpful. The location was great - just a few minutes walk away from Sultanahmet mosque, Hagia Sophia and the tram line. There are lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from nearby.
  : The hotel has a steep spiral staircase which leads to the rooms - there is no elevator. Ali kindly helped us carry our luggage to our room. We were on the top floor so after a long day out it was hard work going up the stairs carrying my child. However, the plus side was that we had the view of the blue mosque from our room which was great.
