  : The hotel was very clean-rooms were newly renovated and cleaned every day!They were a bit small, but I actually liked that and wouldn't list it as a negative, since we were in Istanbul for sightseeing and shopping, and we didn't stay in the room all the time.Bathrooms were spotless and had everything we needed. The staff was extremely helpful-not just regarding our needs within the hotel, but also explained us how to use the city transport, get a taxi and find a parking spot for our car right outside the hotel. The location was excellent-within walking distance from the metro, tram, a shopping mall, a lot of stores and restaurants, but still in a quaint street.The only noise was from the cars at rush hour or the singer from the mosque in the morning. We were pleasantly surprised that breakfast was larger than shown in photos as that was very important to us, although it could be even more diverse.However it did meet most of our needs, so no complaining. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but you can find a few public parkings nearby for an extra fee.Also if you are as lucky as we were and can find a free spot on the street outside the hotel (or the staff can save one for you), you would have no problem leaving your car there for the night without having to pay extra. I have no opinion on the SPA, as we did not have time to use it. Overall, I'd say you get a lot more value for the price!
  : The only problem we encountered during our stay was that the room key for one of our rooms would randomly stop working, so we would have to go to reception to activate it at least once a day during our stay.However the staff at reception would help solve that problem very quickly and with a smile every time! I guess it's not that much of a problem, as we found a way around it, but the windows don't open all the way(they are "baby proofed") and don't stay open, unless you use something to put between the window and the frame.
