  : The location is good. Not far from metro station and shopping malls.
  : Its definitely not 5 stars hotel! The wifi is so weak. The shower was broken and there was a sea of water on the floor after taking a bath. I cannot say the hotel is well cleaned, especially breakfast area. There were long black hairs on my blanket and In the bathroom and a dust on the surfaces.. the streets around are quit loud and noisy almost 24 hours.. Everything is not lets say fresh and new for the hotel of such level. The fridge didnt work.. When I asked about official taxi to the airport I got strange taxi driver who didnt switch on the meter and we negotiated the price during the road.

  : This is nothing close to a 5-star hotel. The wifi is shoddy, there is no room service, and basic amenities like a coffee machine and an iron are unavailable. Some things even fall into the "are you f***ing kidding me?" category. For instance, when the desk light didn't work, I thought that the light bulb may need to be replaced. Nope, there was no electrical connecting the light to base. The shower has dispersers for shampoo and body soap. A few days into my stay, I ran through the small amount of body soap I was allotted. Did it get refilled? Nope. If you run out of the small amount of soap/shampoo/conditioner initially provided in your room, the rest of days are on you! I knew this was going to be a bad experience from the first day. I checked in two hours before the room was ready, coming in from an overnight flight. I asked to use their spa so that I could wash my face and brush my teeth. When in the spa, I noticed that there were no towels. I went to the gentleman at the spa desk and asked for a fresh towel. He refused. I needed to use the one from my room, I was told. When I explained that I was staying at the hotel, but had not yet been able to check in to my room, his position did not change. I went back to the front desk and brought the person that checked me in down to the spa. What resulted was an argument between the front desk and the spa. After a few minutes, the person manning the spa desk reluctantly acquiesced, and I was given a towel. All this for a f***ing towel!
