  : When I arrived, the receptionist m.... i was talking to her about the details of my reservation. She said to me, shhh (She made me shut up) and I refused to continue my words. I asked the hotel manager to take action with her and make her apologize to me, but he was at the same level as she thought. The hotel suffers from racism, which is very dangerous. This is unacceptable to leave a hotel like this under the management of Accor !!

  : Some small simple shops in the same street ourand from 15 minutes walk to mall.
  : What I didnt like was almost everything. 1)Booked 2 rooms and asked for have them on the same floor. Wasnt possible because the guy from reception told us the hotel was fully booked, which we doubt it 2)The rooms are NOT CLEAN!! not worth to have Mercure brand on the Main Street. I have taken pictures and will upload them. 3) Employee on the Thursday night reception was quite friendly. But all the others are not greeting any customer and looking mad. Be friendly folk, we paid for the service. 4) Got our first room and what happened: toilet flush doesnt work, electricity from the room just gone. And they left the window open because someone smoked in the room but it still smells bad. After complaining 3 times same evening they decided to change the room. That was doable just for the last days. 5) someone asked bottle of water from the cleaning service. They just gave 1 bottle for a couple and asked money for the second bottle. Shame on you all from Mercure Bakirkoy. We will not choose this hotel any more.

  : The location was great, close to the malls and shopping area.. restaurants near by.
  : The head cleaning lady was rude, and very loud. the one that took care of our room was nice.I felt like their staff had no patience with the guests and were very superficial and sarcastic in an indirect way. They made us wait for 45 minutes till we were able to go to our rooms despite we informed them that we were coming earlier. The fridges in both our rooms didnt work, any food pit inside would ruin the next day. When I called them, they would insist its working despite it wasnt. Unfortunately the rooms are really really dark. Wed call on a daily basis to atleast give us an extra lamp, they would say ok and ignore us. Until I went down myself on the 5th day and demanded that they send them up to the rooms right now.I felt like you need to be strict with them bcuz being patient and nice didnt work. And thats not how it should be.
