: Friendly helpful people at desk and at Breakfast. I stayed at the mini suite, which is a brand new clean mini apartman. They have lift.They give you robe which is great.
: The street is a backstreet with potholes and taxis sometimes don't come down to pick you up, you have to walk up the rainbow steps to the busstop. Very loud area, construction going on under the window, building work starts at 8am.

: Not an actual restaurant. Bare concrete floors. Heavy construction in adjacent building, often blocking path to door. Tiny elevator plus flight of stairs required 3 trips for luggage. Toilet paper not replaced. Bathrobes not replaced. Chemical sprayed inside our room during stay. Overall, not what was listed on site.

: The hotel location is very good - 2 minutes walk from Taksim Square. Unfortunately, this walk is in an iffy side ally. The suite we took was very spacious for a hotel in such a central location, and the price was a fraction compared to other hotels. The breakfast is minimal and contains a lot of high-carb components. We ended up asking the staff not to serve us bread and fries, and instead add eggs, vegetables, and cheese, and they were kind enough to accommodate us. All in all, the staff was very friendly.
: The building is equipped with a tiny elevator - barely fit for 2 persons. We had to bring our bags up and down one by one.
