  : Only location, because everything close to the Hotel: public transport, cafe and shops, and of course, Historical places.
  : VERY DISAPPOINTED! Staff very rude and useless (wanted to leave heavy shopping bags, ask the manager's permission, but the receptionist didn't allow it). CLEANLINESS of the Hotel so awful! Reception area and restaurant together: rubbish on the floor, dirty and stained furniture, artificial plants full of dust, smoking smell so strong(even staff smoking outside next to entrance door). Public toilets - NO WORDS, really! Room view(606) is nice, but during night time outside very noisy because of huge conditioners. Housekeeping doesn't know that it is very important to clean the bathroom because it's HEALTH AND SAFETY(pictures attached). The shower door is not closing properly because the door seal needs to be changed, water leaking, and that's why found silverfish in the bathroom, floor dusty, and hair. Found long black hairs on the pillow.I will never come back and definitely not recommend this hotel even for one night.
