  : From the beginning they gave me a room with single bed, but in my booking it was double. Few days later they gave me the room with double bed. They did not give me a compensation or even an apology. In the first room the bathroom doors were broken, so the water went on the floor. In both rooms it smelled with cigarettes and I could hear everything that is happening inside and outside. The cleaners talked loud in the corridor and also listened to music, so it was hard to concentrate on work. The window was making a whistling noise every 15 seconds or so. My old friend booked the room in the hotel as well, but she did not use booking(so she cannot leave a review) and lived on a different floor. I wanted to show her the city view from my room, which I actually liked. She came to my room for a few minutes and after that when we were on reception I was told not do it again unless we prove that we are actually married, they saw it from the surveillance cameras. Few days later the same person when I was entering the hotel told me to show my passport again because he thinks I previously showed him fake. This was the worst experience ever. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
