  : could stay overnight for transfer flight, it was clean
  : came from airport for one night and booked the deluxe room specially because of sea view. instead I was put in smaller room with view on construction and ugly pipe with noise. it was a disaster. and as a sorry they didnt give me any discount. just charged a bit less for worse room. not a customer service I recommend. otherwise front desk lady was kind and nice, but it ruined my mood for whole night.

  : I liked its location on the sea, and there are seafood near the hotel and cafes.
  : In general, it is not good. The breakfast is very bad. When you book a room, you expect it to be overlooking the sea, only to be surprised that it is on the other side, and in the description of the hotel for the rooms this thing is not indicated, in addition to that there is not much variety in the city, as there are not many places to go To her, and there are mistakes with the hotel employee, as he is somewhat unfriendly, not all of them are just one person, I do not recommend him much, it was an experience that I did not like.

  : The location was within walking distance from the beach. However, that area didn't really have a lot to offer and it's away from city center. So to avoid wasting so much time and money on transportation, choose a place near the center or which is at least in close proximity to attractions and places where you can do something as that area will be boring after one day.
  : I booked the room without a window which appears to be in the basement. I found that inappropriate for a hotel which is not very cheap, especially that the basement is in a poor condition and has no chair ot table to set on. The door handle of the room and light in the bathroom were broken. Moreover, when I arrived the room wasn't cleaned, there was hair on the bed and table were sticky. The room was extremelyyyy hot and humid to a point where it's hard to breath and not working air conditionar made it much more worse. Next day, I communicated that with them, they switched me to another room in the basement which was exactly the same situation. Then, I asked if I can get one of the rooms with windows, they said yes but I had to pay extra, I agreed. I moved upstairs where the air conditioner was still not that good. After two days, I said I would like to check out and I still didn't pay because the prefer cash and in Turkish lira which I needed some time to arrange. However, I asked if I could only pay for the days I stayed due to all reasons I mentioned above, they didn't agree and they were rude with the way they reacted. It seems all they cared about just taking the money and not really listening to their customers. At the end, I paid the whole amount, but THAT WILL BE DEFINITELLY THE LAST TIME I WOULD EVER STAY THERE..

  : Before booking I had expressly written an email to the hotel asking if the room with sea view was exactly like the one shown in the photo. I still have the response from the hotel which confirms that when I arrived I would have had the exact same room as in the photo.However, they gave me a different room, the balcony had a sea view, but being on the first floor, there was a giant sign blocking the view, and several things were missing, such as a fridge or a desk. I had this brought up but was told that room was for another guest and there were no other rooms.I had also booked a second room, with double beds and was given a room that smelled like sewage. The young girl at the reception had told us that we had this because the day before 3 individuals with stinking clothes had stayed in the room. Lie and moreover absurd, as the room continued to smell everyday with a strong smell coming from the shower drain.They didn't change that either.Of course we didn't know where to go and since we had already paid and I was getting married my family and I stayed. My family and I asked for help several times, but to no avail.If the hotel would have told the truth right away, I wouldn't have chosen it.The accommodation did not comply with the ad and the word of the hotel and it is like being cheated.Furthermore, the cleaning was awful. There were excrement marks on the rim of the toilet, stained sheets and empty plastic bottles.

  : Location excellent. Good access to shops & restaurants. Loved the green space at the front of the hotel for relaxation. Staff very friendly & helpful.
  : Bar advertised - but no alcohol, this was mislea ding. Very hot during our stay, would have preferred cotton sheets rather than sateen bedding. Breakfast could have been more varied to include yoghurt & fruit.
