  : 1. The staff could not speak english (one of them could speak but very very limited) and they are not responsive at all 2. the property was not clean (stains on the bed sheets, dirty floor, and dirty bathroom) 3. The window was broken and other facilities were old and not comfortable4. The neighborhood is not very nice and clean. I didn't feel safe there. Steep street, no elevator, and spiral staircase.

  : The staff was friendly and they helped us carrying the luggage up to the 6th floor, since there is no lift. It's 15 mins walk from Taksim square which is a convenient/central position.
  : First of all, the neighborhood is incredibly sketchy and in a run-down area. You don't want to walk around this area at all, especially not in the evening or if you are a woman/alone. Second, the rooms were dirty (dirty towels, dirt on the floor, etc.) and even if we stayed 5 nights they didn't clean once. We mentioned this on the 2nd day, and nothing changed.Third, there is a problem with trust in Booking Turkey. You have to be aware that the app is blocked inside the country. Lots of reviews look completely fake (indeed this explains why the rating is so high), there are fake pictures of the entrance on Google maps, and generally speaking you feel you can't trust reviews at all.Our suggestion is: pay a bit more, check the place with Google Street view, read the lowest rating reviews and go somewhere else!

  : The pictures on booking.com looked nice - too bad that's not what I was given on site! Fairly close to airport bus.
  : Room did not look at all like it did online. I was instead given a dingy room in the basement that smelled of sewage. It wasn't even in the same building at the hotel, but at an alternate property (with lower online ratings) down the street. Constant noise from the street and guests walking and talking over your head 24/7, a bit of a rough street/area. Sunday street bazaar right outside going until early morning was also an unpleasant surprise. First time I've felt this cheated!

  : It was good in terms of price-quality ratio. Nice staff. Not far from the busy popular area such as Istiklal street. Overall impression is ok.
  : Our flat was on the highest floor, and there were no elevator. There was a balcony, but it was closed with a screw, so we didn’t have an access on it. There were old furniture. The shower was leaking and broken at the third day (the staff fixed it, but it was still leaking).

  : The staff is great. if to mention one person, I would like to mention - Timur a staff member with an interesting life story and exceptional level of service provision. I liked a location, it is in the heart of the real Istanbul (not a specifically created for tourists). very old streets with old buildings on Sundays there is a bazar with fresh fruits and vegetables being sold on the next street.
  : It is difficult to get there if you have a heavy luggage )) other then that you will receive what you are paying for.

  : The location is best. Walking distance to isktaklal street, taksim square, galata tower, bus station and taxi stand is very near. Most ideal location to stay for tourist. Room was small but clean and fine for a couple. The guy on reception, Tainur was very friendly, cooperative, nice and knows perfect english. Not just help in hotel related stuff but also helped in every aspect such as day tours, taxi, restaurant recommendations & istanbul travel tips. Goes extra mile to fulfill customer needs.
  : Although i asked them for room service but the guy forgot to do so. No problem as this can happen. 2 single beds instead of 1 double bedNo elevator
